Dianne Farb, award winning author, has dreamed of writing romantic fiction since the time she was fifteen and her older sister snuck her a copy of Kathleen Woodiwiss’ Shanna and told her to read it. She finished it in record time, and she’s been reading (and dreaming about writing) ever since.
Writing is really the only dream Dianne’s ever had. She’s had plans, she’s had goals, some met, some unmet, but the dream was set aside. It took an emotional crisis, but she finally found the courage to put those first words to paper. And then she had to unearth the fortitude to keep putting words to paper, or rather pixels to computer screen, until the manuscript was finished. Dianne writes women’s fiction and contemporary romance under the name Rebecca Heflin.
When not passionately pursuing her dream, Dianne is busy with her day-job as a practicing attorney.
She is a member of RWA National and FWA (Florida Writers Association).
Dianne and her mountain-climbing husband live at sea level in sunny Florida.
