Or . . . Jensen.
People who know me, are aware of my undying love for the T.V. show, Supernatural. Specifically speaking, Jensen Ackles, who portrays Dean Winchester *swoon*, the older of two brothers who hunt demons (and countless other bad things). Basically, he’s an all around bad-ass with a heart of gold.
One of the (many many) reasons I love him so much is because he has a facial expression for every emotion I have felt over the past year, throughout my publishing journey.
Here are just a few examples:
When I heard from Debby that she wanted to read the rest of my manuscript:
When she wrote again, offering me a contract for said manuscript:
When I got 1st round edits back and realized how much work there was still to do:
When I got my groove on with the edits finally and made every sentence count:
And then, the day I was finally able to share the cover art!
Speaking of which… here she is:
Ramona Lockwood is the artist and I thank her so much for this!
Cooper Shaw lives his life under a pen name and enjoys the anonymity it provides during his journeys across the globe as a seasoned writer for a travel magazine. When his job lands him in his hometown of Salem, Massachusetts to cover the famous Festival of the Dead, he soon realizes that he can’t stay invisible forever as he faces ghosts from a past he’s been trying to forget ever since he left.
The city holds nothing but bad memories for Coop until he meets a quirky young woman with an old soul and curious insights by the name of Finnley Pierce. While she acts as his tour guide through a town he thought he knew, Finn helps him unearth the truth of his childhood and might even begin to open up his heart.
By unraveling the mystery of his father’s murder, Coop may finally accept who he is, where he came from, and perhaps even realize what he wants for his future.

Cursed be the Wicked is a character driven paranormal murder mystery romance that is scheduled to be released on March 5th, 2014 (that’s right, I got my release date too!).
I’m still awaiting the perfect gif reaction for release day, but have no fear, Jensen will deliver.
Thanks for stopping by. Hoping you have a terrific day and hope I see you in early March!
