Good morning all. Now that Halloween is over, the next few months are going to be filled with commotion, fuss, stress, and extremely busy days. I mean, we’re talking about:
NEW YEAR’S EVE
Most of us face the same rush of anxiety around this time. Too much to do, too little time to do them in. Especially given that our lives are already filled with work, family, friends, errands, and everything else that may pop up. So how do you get through these trying months without going completely insane before January 1st?
I’ve got a few suggestions to help you survive the holidays:
TAKE A BUBBLE BATH
MAKE A PHONE CALL TO YOUR MOM, DAD, OR BEST FRIEND
PLAY WITH YOUR FOUR LEGGED FRIEND-A DOG OR A CAT
READ A BOOK (I personally like this one.)
LISTEN TO MUSIC
TAKE A WALK
GET OR GIVE A HUG
GET A MASSAGE
OR MORE SIMPLY, JUST BREATHE
No matter what method you try, relax, take it one day at a time, and enjoy life and your family and friends. The holidays are not about buying gifts, cooking massive amounts of food, or crazy drinking yourselves silly. It’s about family and friends and memories.
