Carly grew up an only child in a small town in Kentucky. She was always surrounded by lots of extended family and close friends. Carly graduated from college with a degree in sociology with an emphasis in criminal justice.
Carly works full time as an import brokerage specialist, as well as a writer of adult, young adult, and middle grade fiction. In addition, Carly is the lyricist for a Christian band.
When she isn’t working or writing, Carly enjoys hanging out with her daughter, reading, movies, dinner with the Renegade Moms, and traveling.
