Patricia Hudson was born in Wales, UK. At the age of twelve, she moved to the United States, settling in western New York. “Not a great age to be different. I would read out loud at night practicing my American accent.”
In 1995 she moved to Central Illinois where she lives with her husband, two dogs and four quarter horses, her other passion. When she’s not writing or taking care of horses, she spends time with her three grown children and seven grandchildren.
She returned to Wales last year to visit her homeland and intends to visit more often in the future. When she retired in 2011, she started writing as a hobby; never realizing it would become a passion and bring her such joy. The Call is her second book.
