Mother of three young adults, Patti’s been writing for over thirty years. Her first book was a self-published story about being adopted. It was a gift for a coworker who was adopting a little boy. She bound the book herself, the words from her heart and soul. Of course, it was the only copy and written on a typewriter thirty years ago.
An avid reader all her life, she loved receiving her high school summer reading lists. To her, reading was better than playing. Patti’s early favorite books were The Hardy Boys, The Bobbsey Twins and Nancy Drew. From there she graduated to Ellery Queen, Inspector Poirot and Agatha Christie. When she found Harlequin books, she was lost forever and has been an avid supporter of Harlequin and Silhouette.
When she’s not writing, Patti is reading, spending time with her adult children and staying active in a national organization that offers support to her two youngest children.
